Our Story
Building on Tradition
Our story is deeply rooted in Smiths Falls, where generations of the Campbell family have lived, worked, and built alongside the people who call this community home. In the early 1960s, our family began with just one truck under the name EJ & Sons, a business built on hard work, trust, and above all else, a commitment to family. Over time, that small operation evolved into Campbell’s Trucking, and in 1985 was officially incorporated as Campbell’s Trucking Limited, playing a key role in supporting local growth through land development, excavation, road building, aggregate supply, and septic and well installation.
In 2024, homebuilding became the next chapter in that story, a natural progression rooted in a long-standing dream to shape more than just land, but also the lives and neighbourhoods that grow from it. As trusted home builders in Ontario, Campbell Homes carries forward the same values that have defined our family for generations: craftsmanship, quality, responsibility, and a genuine care for the people we build for.

Design Excellence
We work closely with Lisa Lecappelain of Lisa Elle Designs, a residential designer with over 17 years of experience in architectural design. With a background in interior design and hands-on experience in architectural firms, Lisa brings a thoughtful, lived-in approach to every home. Together, we design spaces that balance timeless style with everyday functionality, homes that look beautiful and live even better.
Green Building & Energy Efficiency
Each of our homes is constructed with ICF (Insulated Concrete Forms) from the foundation to the roof, offering exceptional insulation, airtight construction, and lasting strength. That means your home will be quieter, stronger, and far more energy-efficient than a standard build.
