From our first conversation to the moment you get your keys, our team is with you every step of the way. We take the time to listen, answer your questions, and guide you through each decision with care and honesty.

Our first meeting is a chance to connect. We want to learn about you, what you’re looking for, what matters most, and how we can help make it all come together. We’ll also share a bit about who we are and how we work, walk you through our homes and features, and talk about available lots. You’ll be able to explore our in-house interior and exterior finish selections, and we’ll review pre-emptive upgrade pricing for major items. It’s a relaxed, no-pressure conversation where you can ask questions, explore ideas, and start imagining what’s possible.
This is where the fun truly begins! Together with our team, you’ll select the lot, home model, and exterior elevations that best suit your vision and lifestyle. We’ll also review upgrade pricing before finalizing your offer, and confirm any desired structural changes at this stage to keep your project moving forward smoothly. Everything is laid out clearly from the start, so there are no surprises when it comes time to sign your contract.
Once your contract is signed, it’s time to start bringing your home’s exterior to life. In week one, we’ll walk you through a curated selection of finishes, including stone, James Hardie siding, vinyl siding, and shingles, all chosen to help you create a look that reflects your style. You’ll also be able to personalize key exterior details, like trim colours for windows and doors, garage door window inserts, extra garage insulation, and additional exterior features such as EV outlets, BBQ gas lines, and outdoor electrical plugs. It’s an exciting step that lets you see your home begin to take shape, from the outside in.
Once the contract is signed, we officially break ground and begin bringing your new home to life. While construction is underway, you’ll continue working closely with our team to personalize your space and make key selections that reflect your lifestyle.
This stage is where your personalization comes to life! We’ll walk you through both the included features and additional upgrade options, helping you tailor your home to fit your unique lifestyle. From alternative kitchen and bathroom layouts to added cabinetry in the pantry, laundry, or living areas, even finished basement options, we offer a range of choices so your home reflects what matters most to you.
Bring your personal style to life! Now it’s time to choose your interior finishes from our generous standard selections or a range of upgrade options. This stage takes place during weeks two to three, beginning with your kitchen selections. To keep everything on schedule, your kitchen choices will be finalized within one week of exterior selections to ensure cabinetry arrives on time. These choices will shape the look and feel of your home, reflecting your unique tastes and creating a space that’s truly yours.
You’ll have the opportunity to select from a range of electrical and plumbing options tailored to your chosen model. This typically happens during weeks three to four, once cabinetry selections are finalized. At this stage, we’ll review and confirm any additional plumbing needs, such as water hookups for a basement fridge, diverter shower heads, or osmosis filters in the kitchen. We’ll also review and sign off on your electrical plan, ensuring every detail fits seamlessly with your lifestyle and the design of your home.
At the mid-construction stage, we’ll walk through your home together so you can see the exciting progress firsthand. By this point, the framing, roofing, and insulation will be complete, and your new home is well on its way!
This is a milestone moment: your first look at your completed home. Taking place in the final weeks before closing, this walkthrough gives you a detailed inspection of your space. We’ll demonstrate how to operate all of your home’s systems and note any final items to be addressed. You’re almost home!
The big day is here, and we’ll be right there to make sure everything goes smoothly. Whether it’s a last-minute question or a final detail, we’re here to help. ICF Construction
We build our homes with Insulated Concrete Forms (ICF) from foundation to rafters, a construction method that combines reinforced concrete and rigid foam panels to create strong, energy-efficient walls with built-in insulation.
This approach results in airtight, durable homes that stay comfortable year-round, reduce energy bills, and provide excellent soundproofing and weather resistance. With ICF, you get long-term performance, peace of mind, and a quieter, more efficient home.
ENERGY STAR® Certified Performance
Campbell Homes is proud to be an ENERGY STAR® certified builder. This means every home we build meets strict energy efficiency guidelines set by Natural Resources Canada. ENERGY STAR® certified homes are at least 20% more efficient than those built to standard building codes.
