Three Paths, One Standard

South Point isn’t a fixed menu of house types, it’s three different starting points, based on how much of the design a buyer brings with them. Single family homes sit on spacious 1+ acre lots, and every path leads to the same construction standard. Two of the three put our design team to work alongside you.

1. Guided Path — Choose a Model
For buyers who want a beautiful, proven starting point without reinventing the wheel. Choose from a curated collection of models by Campbell Homes, still yours to make your own through selections and finishes. All the ease of a model home, none of the generic feel.

Models are currently in development and will begin rolling out in the coming weeks.

2. Collaborative Custom — Design With Us
For buyers with a vision but no finished plans, a rough layout in mind, a Pinterest board full of ideas, or simply a strong sense of what they want. You’ll work directly with our design team to build a one-of-a-kind home from the ground up.

3. Bring Your Own Plans — Build to Spec
For buyers who arrive with completed plans from their own architect or designer. We’ll share South Point’s community requirements and construction standards up front, so your designer can adapt the plans to fit, and we take it from there.
