The homebuilding journey should be an exciting and rewarding experience. Our team is dedicated to making the process smooth, transparent, and stress free—so you can focus on the joy of creating a home that’s truly yours.

Initial Meeting
Our first meeting will be about getting to know each other. We’d like to learn about you, your needs, preferences and priorities, so we can best tailor your experience moving forward. Then, we will briefly share our story, who we are, what we do and how we do it. We will introduce our Homes and outline their features, and discuss our lot selection options. The website provides lots of information and we are happy to answer any questions or provide more detail on any points of interest.

Choose Your Lot & Home
This is where the fun begins! With our team, you will select your preferred lot, model, and exterior elevations.

Exterior Finishing Selections
At this meeting, you will begin creating the look and feel of your new home. Exciting! Based on the Home and Elevations previously selected, we will present you with several options from which to choose. This eliminates guesswork so you can focus on your preferences. We will also review any structural layout changes and additional investments you’d like to make to the exterior. These items may include the option to have a covered rear balcony, additional living room windows or a supplementary door to the garage.

Interior Design & Construction Details
This is where your personalization truly kicks in! We will guide you through both the standard and additional investment options for personalizing your home. We offer alternative layouts and investment options throughout our homes, so your home can be further tailored to meet your unique lifestyle choices. Some of these options may include alternative bathroom or kitchen layouts, additional cabinetry investment options in the pantry, laundry room and living or dining rooms and several finished basement options, to name a few.

Mechanical & Electrical
Select from our range of electrical and plumbing options to tailor your specific model. Options you may want to consider include a bar sink or mini fridge which also have additional plumbing and electrical considerations. Our team will guide you through this process to ensure your choices align with your needs and lifestyle.

Mid-Construction Review
Your home is now at the mid-construction stage. Together, we will do our first walkthrough to show you the progress to date. At this point, the framing, roofing, and insulation will be completed. Your home is well under way!

Interior Finishes & Colours
And the fun continues! Its now time to choose your interior finishing features from our generous standard offerings or additional upgrade options. These selections will define the look and feel of your new home, express your unique style and preferences and create an environment that truly reflects your personality and taste.

Pre-Delivery Inspection
At this walkthrough, you will see your new home complete for the first time.
This is a special moment!
You will then be guided through a comprehensive inspection tour during which we will demonstrate and explain how to operate all the systems in your new home. At this time we will also record any outstanding items to be addressed. Congratulate yourself, you are almost home!!

We’ll be available to assist with any last-minute questions to ensure your closing day goes smoothly.
